The MRDY-500 applies the same liquid-hydrostatic, direct-drive concept as the MRDY-630 but on a more compact φ500 mm worktable. The oil film still fully supports the table, so accuracy and damping are preserved at smaller footprint.
When machine envelope or part size does not need φ630 mm, the MRDY-500 delivers identical non-contact benefits—sub-micron runout, no crawl, infinite life—while fitting tighter installations and reducing oil-supply volume.
Like the rest of the MRDY series, the 500 uses membrane-feedback or comparable high-stiffness restrictors, a direct-drive torque motor, and closed-loop encoder feedback for verified accuracy.
