III.

Tiếng ồn≤75 dB(A)Chỉ tiêu sức khỏe phụ

4. Biện pháp khống chế

  • Điều khiển kín nhiệt độ dầu: dùng bộ trao đổi nhiệt giữ nhiệt độ cấp dầu trong dải hẹp (ví dụ ±1°C).
  • Tỷ số tiết lưu hợp lý: lệch khỏi tỷ số tiết lưu tối ưu sẽ vừa đẩy tăng nhiệt vừa giảm độ cứng (xem «Kiểm soát khe hở màng dầu»).
  • Cách ly nhiệt động cơ–trục chính: động cơ truyền động trực tiếp làm mát nước độc lập, tránh nhiệt stato xâm nhập vào ổ.
· JB/T 11767-2014: độ tăng nhiệt cụm thủy tĩnh ≤35°C, cấp dầu 1,6–3 MPa, tiếng ồn ≤75dB(A); cấp chính xác JB/T 9933.4 cũng ≤35°C.
· Độ tăng nhiệt là giá trị tăng so môi trường (20–25°C), không phải nhiệt độ tuyệt đối.

2. Límites normalizados: no « sin calor », sino « cuánto calor »

IndicadorLímite (JB/T 11767-2014)Nota
Elev. temp.≤35°CAmbiente 20–25°C
Presión de alim.1,6–3 MPaVentana de presión constante
Ruido≤75 dB(A)Métrica de salud auxiliar
Pre-mediciónReposo 2 hMedir tras estabilizar film y temperatura

IndicateurLimite (JB/T 11767-2014)Note
Élévation≤35°CAmbiante 20–25°C
Pression d'alim.1,6–3 MPaFenêtre à pression constante
Bruit≤75 dB(A)Indicateur d'état auxiliaire

KennzahlGrenzwert (JB/T 11767-2014)Hinweis
Temp.-Anstieg≤35°CUmgebung 20–25°C
Versorgungsdruck1,6–3 MPaKonstantdruck-Fenster
Geräusch≤75 dB(A)Hilfs-Zustandsgröße

  • Günstiges Drosselverhältnis: Abweichung vom optimalen Restriktorverhältnis erhöht zugleich Erwärmung und senkt die Steifigkeit (siehe „Ölfilm-Spielkontrolle").
  • Thermische Entkopplung Motor–Spindel: der Direktantrieb kühlt eigenständig mit Wasser, damit keine Statorwärme ins Lager gelangt.
· JB/T 11767-2014: Temperaturerhöhung der hydrostatischen Einheit ≤35°C, Versorgung 1,6–3 MPa, Geräusch ≤75 dB(A); Präzisionsklasse JB/T 9933.4 ebenfalls ≤35°C.

"Is it normal for a hydrostatic spindle to get hot? At what temperature rise does it fail acceptance?" is the most frequent technical question at inspection. Per JB/T 11767-2014, a hydrostatic spindle unit under rated conditions should have a temperature rise ≤35°C and supply pressure 1.6–3 MPa, measured after resting for 2 h in a 20–25°C environment. But temperature rise is tied to accuracy: once the oil temperature drifts, the clearance changes and the rotational error follows. This article clarifies the sources of temperature rise, the limits, and how to control it, and gives the real test basis.

1. Three Sources of Temperature Rise

  1. Oil-film shear heating: the shaft rotates at high speed and shears the oil film — the dominant heat source, positively correlated with speed and oil viscosity.
  2. Restrictor heating: when the restrictor converts supply pressure into load capacity, local throttling raises the temperature.
  3. Motor heating: stator losses of the direct-drive motor conduct into the spindle and must be isolated by an independent cooling loop.

2. Standard Limits: Not "No Heat", but "How Much Heat"

MetricLimit (JB/T 11767-2014)Note
Temp. rise≤35°CAmbient 20–25°C
Supply pressure1.6–3 MPaConstant-pressure window
Noise≤75 dB(A)Auxiliary health metric
Pre-measurementRest 2 hMeasure after oil film & temp. stabilize
Housing/motor shell rise≤20–25°C (industry basis)Avoid thermal deflection raising runout

Note that "temperature rise" is not "temperature." Temperature rise is the increase relative to the ambient; the 35°C limit means no more than 35°C above a 20–25°C environment. Exceeding it means the restrictor or clearance has drifted outside the design window. JB/T 9933.4 (precision gear hobbing machines) likewise specifies ≤35°C for the precision class, consistent with the spindle-unit standard.

3. Why Temperature Rise Is Linked to Accuracy

The core of a hydrostatic spindle is oil-film clearance control. Oil temperature rises → lubricant viscosity drops → oil-film stiffness changes → journal center shifts → rotational error grows. The very advantage of the hydrostatic plain bearing is that the same oil system both carries the load and removes large amounts of heat, with the oil cooled outside the bearing so the temperature curve stays flatter (Spindle Bearing Hub technical paper). That is also why acceptance must check not only "accurate while spinning" but "still accurate after 4 hours of continuous running."

4. Control Measures

  • Closed-loop oil-temperature control: use a heat exchanger to hold supply temperature within a narrow band (e.g. ±1°C).
  • Proper restrictor ratio: deviating from the optimal restrictor ratio raises temperature rise and lowers stiffness at the same time (see "Oil Film Clearance Control").
  • Motor–spindle thermal isolation: the direct-drive motor uses independent water cooling to keep stator heat from leaking into the bearing.
· JB/T 11767-2014: hydrostatic spindle unit temperature rise ≤35°C, supply 1.6–3 MPa, noise ≤75 dB(A); JB/T 9933.4 precision class also ≤35°C.
· Temperature rise is the increase above ambient (20–25°C), not an absolute temperature.
· Keep housing/motor-shell rise ≤20–25°C to avoid thermal deflection that enlarges runout.
· Oil temp drifts → viscosity changes → oil-film stiffness changes → rotational error changes; acceptance must include a hot continuous-run test.
