Motore lineare a design piatto ad alta spinta e risposta rapida. Tutte le serie sono dotate di raffreddamento ad acqua per un'eccellente dissipazione del calore, adatto per applicazioni ad alta spinta e carichi pesanti. Le applicazioni tipiche includono macchine di foratura / routing di PCB, attrezzature di lavorazione laser, attrezzature fotovoltaiche e semiconduttori.
